Would be cocktail connoisseurs and wannabe mixologists gathered together at The Finlandia Finnishing School in the penthouse of The Radisson on Golden Lane. It was the last of a mini roadshow for the school with stints in Galway and Cork proving to be a hit, with just 100 lucky Finlandia fans attending each, picked from the brand’s Facebook page.
The Finlandia Finnishing School is a cocktail mixology masterclass which promises to teach some tasty flavours to those who like to mix it up. The evening was hosted by top European mixologists The Soul Shakers, a London based team of bar consultancy experts who advise all the right places, including Mahiki and Whiskey Mist, on everything from their layout to their drinks and cocktail menus.
