The stunning banking hall of the Westin Hotel was the perfect backdrop to celebrate the launch of the Dublin Fashion Festival (DFF), which takes place from 6th to 9th September 2012. The event was hosted by this year’s face of the festival, the beautiful Amanda Byram, and saw guests treated to drinks reception courtesy of the world’s most fashionable beer, Peroni.

The highlight of the evening was the fashion show styled by 1st Option’s Jules Fallon and MC’d by Amanda, which gave guests a taste of what’s to come over the course of the festival. One lucky guest also walked away with a €1,000 shopping spree.

DFF was created to celebrate all that is great about fashion in Dublin city, covering everything from high street chains to boutiques to Irish design, right down to the best places to eat, drink and chill out post-shopping spree. As this year’s official face of the festival, Amanda will return to Dublin town in September to take part in the packed DFF programme which includes on-street fashion shows across the city, in-store events and the chance to get a start on your Autumn Winter wardrobe.
