Frock 'n Roll

Hundreds of party people turned out last weekend for one of the biggest entertainment showcases of the year, namely the Frock ‘n Roll charity event in Dublin’s Mansion House. Supported by Dundrum Town Centre and in aid of the Children’s Cancer Fund at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, the bash succeeded in raising over €100,000.

Gracing the red carpet were Caroline Morahan, who looked stunning as ever, Hell’s Kitchen contest Brian Dowling, TV3’s Lisa Cannon, designer Joanne Hynes and charity queen Caroline Downey. The MCs for the evening were dynamic duo Brendan Courtney and Louise Redknapp who put their fashion knowledge to good use with a sassy presentation. After a 5-course meal, and plenty of Moet & Chandon, guests were treated to a fast-paced fashion show which presented the key looks for Autumn / Winter, supported by House of Fraser, followed by entertainment from the inimitable Miss Panti.
