Brown Thomas Cork

Hayfield Manor, one my favorite hotels in the country, played host to a spectacular fashion event yesterday as Brown Thomas previewed it’s A/W collection. The stylish denizens of Cork were out en force for the luncheon in Perrott’s Restaurant, which kicked off with champagne and “Fallen Leaves”, a special cocktail to coincide with the season.

Among the guests were Margaret McCarthy, who was accompanied by her sister Grainne Stevenson and daughter Triona, Cllr. Deirdre Clune, artist and designer Johanna Connor, Emmy Jeffery and Jeanette Corkery, whose sister Shelly is Head of Fashion Direction at Brown Thomas.

Having just undergone a €4m investment, Brown Thomas Cork has never been looking better and GM Caroline Counihan said she was delighted to welcome so many loyal customers to the preview of their of top international and Irish designers.
