Gorgeous girls were out in their droves for the launch party of the new Warehouse flagship store on South King Street. The store is a 3200sq ft style heaven, set over 2 floors, to give Dublin fashionistas a new inspiring shopping environment. The concept of the new shop encapsulates the roots of the brand with a balance of urban Warehouse cool and soft feminine touches achieved by the use of brick, stainless steel and concrete – kinda like the look of a modern warehouse.
Warehouse first opened its doors in London in 1976, with a vision of design for the high street, the brainchild of the legendary Jeff Banks and Maurice and Michael Bennett. The first store in Ireland opened in 1994 on Grafton, and the chain now has 38 stores and concessions throughout Ireland. This new addition replaces the Grafton Street branch.
Rosanna Davison and her bf Ronnie Ryan, Laura Woods, Marisa Mackle and stylist Roxanne Parker all shopped till they dropped. TV3 girls including Colette Fitzpatrick, Elaine Crowley and Sinead Desmond were also present as were Emily O’Donnell and Tara Doyle, Amy Huberman and Romy Carroll.
