Ireland’s
leading ethnic restaurateur Kevin Hui welcomed 200 customers to celebrate
Chinese
New Year at the award winning China Sichuan restaurant in Sandyford, Co.
Dublin.
Guests
at the party were treated to traditional Sichuan cuisine, Chinese fortune
telling and a Chinese Dragon Dance while a troop of drummers welcomed in
the Year of the Snake. A host of well known faces were in attendance on the
night including Cathy O’Connor, Nadine Wai O’Flynn, Emily Jane Elliot, Alan
Cantwell and wife Denise as well as Avila Lipsett and Aisling O’Brien.
