Discerning drinkers
have a new temple to worship at with Dublin’s newest cocktail emporium (and
best kept secret) the Vintage Cocktail Club (VCC). Guests on the night included Bressie, actor
Chris O’Dowd, Mary Scott of TV3’s Head Chef fame; model Julie Kavanagh, TV and
radio presenter Aidan Power and Today FM’s Ray Foley.
Situated in
the heart of Dublin’s city centre in Crown Alley, Dublin 2 the stylish new venue
is spread over three floors and offers a unique nightlife experience like never
before seen in Ireland. As the name
suggests it’s vintage by nature with quirky decor and a laid back, speakeasy
vibe.
Upon arrival,
guests were treated to a selection of VCC’s cocktails all of which were created
by VCC’s Head Mixologist and General Manager, Gareth Lambe. The party
atmosphere was also kept in full swing with entertainment on the night by
Ireland’s leading ragtime pianist Colm ‘Stride’ O’Brien.
If you’re
looking for brash cocktails with loud attitude then keep walking, chances are
you’ll have missed VCC’s discreet doorway presence anyway.
